The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) applies exclusively to "Covered Entities" (such as healthcare providers, health plans, and healthcare clearinghouses) and their "Business Associates."

Because Telehealth FX operates strictly as an informational affiliate marketing platform and does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or billing, we are NOT a Covered Entity under HIPAA. We do not collect, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA regulations.

However, the privacy of your data is paramount. Once you click an outbound link on our site and are directed to a partner telehealth provider (e.g., to begin a consultation for GLP-1 medications), you will enter a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment managed entirely by that provider. Any medical history, biometric data, or payment information you submit on the partner's platform is protected by their Notice of Privacy Practices.

Please note that our standard marketing tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) used on our informational pages are not bound by HIPAA, as no clinical relationship exists while you are browsing our domain.
