1. Clinical Consultations & Eligibility

How does the online consultation process work?
You begin by completing a comprehensive medical intake questionnaire covering your health history, current medications, biometric baseline (BMI, blood pressure), and weight loss goals. A board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews your profile. If clinically indicated, the physician issues a prescription tailored to your needs.

Who is clinically eligible for GLP-1 therapy?
Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician in accordance with clinical guidelines. Typically, candidates have a BMI of 30 or greater, or a BMI of 27 or greater accompanied by at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, or insulin resistance).

2. Compounded Medications & Pharmacy Sourcing

Where are medications prepared?
All compounded formulations are prepared exclusively by state-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies located in the United States. Compounded medications are formulated pursuant to individual patient prescriptions and are subject to rigorous quality control standards.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded drugs are prepared pursuant to a doctor's prescription to meet an individual patient's specific medical needs. While compounding pharmacies are subject to federal and state regulatory standards, compounded formulations themselves do not go through the FDA pre-market approval process.

3. Shipping, Storage & Temperature Control

How should I store my medication?
Injectable GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) should be stored in the refrigerator between 36°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. Keep vials protected from direct light.

What if my shipment arrives with melted ice packs?
Shipments are packaged in medical-grade insulated containers with cold packs designed to absorb ambient heat during transit. As long as the vial feels cool to the touch and the medication has not been exposed to extreme heat for extended periods, the peptide remains stable.
